Cassandra Soares

Cassandra is responsible for managing the social media aspect of Blue Couch Psychotherapy, where she creates informative posts to highlight our services, team, and all things mental health. As she pursues a bachelor's degree in sociology with a minor in psychology at McMaster University, Cassandra actively seeks opportunities to gain experience and progress in her role. Cassandra describes herself as a dedicated mental health advocate, driven by a genuine desire to support others and foster open discussions about mental well-being.

Outside of work and her studies, Cassandra enjoys spending time with her loved ones, cooking new recipes, reading, exploring small towns, and has a knack for interior design!
