Get to know Emillie ...

In my practice, I aim to cultivate a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space for you to explore your difficult experiences, process painful emotions, tell your story, and explore your relationships with others and yourself.

I work with emerging adults and adults at all life stages, with a focus on intergenerational trauma, racial identity, relationships, perfectionism, life transitions, personal development, stress, burnout, grief, and anxiety. I am committed to a holistic and compassionate focused approach by honouring your cultural values, situational contexts, and all aspects of your identity through an intersectional, trauma-informed, and anti-oppression approach.

Together, we'll:

  • Identify values, purpose, and prioritize goals

  • Work through difficult emotional landscapes and experiences

  • Recognize significant relationships and past experiences

  • Explore current patterns and behaviors

  • Practice resilient coping skills and mindful self-compassion

I hope our work helps you feel heard and supported, fostering lasting transformations in authentic self-awareness and self-love.

When I'm not working, you'll find me unwinding with reality TV, indulging in music/podcasts, soaking up the sun, or spending quality time with family and friends.

Curious if we're a good fit? Feel free to contact us for a consultation. I look forward to meeting you!
