Single sessions are intended for individuals who are only interested in coming in one time to discuss a particular issue or problem they are facing. In this 90 minute single session, you will get a quick assessment of your overall health and wellness as well as an opportunity to discuss a problem area. You will leave with concrete skills and ideas to think about and use outside of our session. *Please note: this service is not meant for ongoing clients.
